Yummy Tummy4Life is a bakery brand specializing in gluten-free, no added sugar, keto-friendly cookies baked fresh to order. By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates on our website. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

2. Products & Availability

All of our cookies are baked fresh to order in small batches. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Health & Allergen Disclaimer

Our cookies are made with almond flour (tree nuts), coconut flour, eggs, and dairy. They are produced in a facility that also handles tree nuts. While we strive to ensure accuracy in all ingredient listings, it is the customer’s responsibility to review all ingredients before purchase and consumption. Yummy Tummy4Life is not responsible for allergic reactions or health issues that may occur.

4. Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods provided at checkout.

5. Processing & Shipping

Orders require a processing time of 5–7 business days because all cookies are baked fresh to order. Once baked, orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1–2 business days). Yummy Tummy4Life is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or any third-party shipping provider once an order has left our bakery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the issue. At our discretion, we may issue a replacement or store credit.

7. Limitation of Liability

Yummy Tummy4Life, its owner, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of our products or services. By purchasing and consuming our cookies, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with food allergies, shipping delays, and product handling.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New York.
