Refund policy
At Yummy Tummy4Life, every cookie is baked fresh to order with care. Because our products are perishable and custom-baked, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
All sales are final. Once an order has been baked and shipped, we cannot accept it back due to food safety regulations.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at Yummyt4life@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. To assist us in resolving the issue quickly, please provide your order number, a photo of the packaging and the product, and a brief description of the issue. If confirmed, we will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
All cookies are baked fresh to order and require a processing time of 5–7 business days before shipping. Once shipped, your order is sent via USPS Priority Mail (1–2 business days). Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by USPS once your order has left our bakery.
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Yummy Tummy4Life is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you are sending cookies as a gift, please ensure the recipient is aware they are receiving a perishable package. We are not responsible for missed deliveries, delays, or unclaimed packages.
